In my short career at Koch Quantitative Trading, I have worked in various groups from equity trading, to risk management and portfolio management. With every change has come a new set of challenges and new opportunities to learn. Besides the subject matter, I learned how to approach a problem and solve it quickly. The management is very transparent in its decision making and has enabled me to learn management skills. In summary, this experience has prepared me to approach any business issue and resolve it. |
