Working at Koch Quantitative Trading as a quantitative analyst is a very rewarding experience.My work revolves around creating, improving, and analyzing trading algorithms that our group uses to then systematically trade in major futures markets all over the world. Because these markets are endlessly dynamic, analyzing and modeling them fosters an ongoing process of learning and discovery in which one’s intellectual creativity is constantly tapped into and expanded. My work at KQT allows me to draw upon leading-edge research in a variety of fields while making my own discoveries and solvingproblems in new and creative ways. Although my work projects persist through time, each day is nevertheless fresh and unique because new insights and new approaches to the markets constantly emerge. No day is ever boring at KQT. The KQT environment is itself dynamic. I work with very bright, talented, and creative people who share a common vision and have deep passion for their work. I like the fact that at KQT people are empowered to bring their vision and talents forward and are given tremendous opportunity to help define their roles and responsibilities.
